The Board of Zoning Appeals consists of five (5) members appointed by Village Council. *One member to be from the Planning Commission. May appoint not more than two (2) alternate members for the same terms as regular members. Terms are three (3) years.
Officers of the Board are elected annually by members of the Board. Officers are Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, and Secretary.
Membership is regulated by Act No. 12 of P.A. of 2008 Zoning Ordinance 26.89
